Housekeeper, Gardener, Dog Sitter

Hi, I'm looking for some lovely people to sublet 2-3 rooms in my home in Mornington and I need a help exchange housemate to puppy sit a bit and help me asap get ready to move over the next few weeks, then work on keeping the property clean and organised and fixing up and maintaining the garden. It will ideally be an all female household, but open to a gentle man with their partner

I have a lovely cosy and creative 4 bedroom home in Mornington close to gorgeous beaches, public transport and the Main Street, which is very lively with cafes and boutiques and the lovely marina at the end of the street, plus there's the rest of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula to explore

There are 3 bedrooms with lots of natural light and a more shady bedroom with green outlook and there are 2 bathrooms

For the help exchange position I'm looking for a kind and friendly independent non-smoking, clean living woman who would like free rent in return for part time work as a house keeper & dog carer for 14hrs per week. Could possibly suit a couple and can be flexible in work times.

The work includes cleaning and organising, property maintenance/gardening and looking after the dogs when I need to go away at times. There will also be seasonal fulltime live in work available in my ethical dog breeding business from Dec/Jan 2026 to March/April 2026 then again from Spring or Summer 2026

An energetic 'Marie Kondo type' of person who loves to clean and organise and adores dogs and loves people too is what I'm looking for. Would suit a traveller as I love to meet people from different countries and the room is fully furnished, but could suit someone long term too who is passionate about working with dogs. I'm into clean living and personal development and would love housemates with similar healthy mindsets : )
