Key Responsibilities:
Install blinds, shades, and awnings for residential and commercial properties

Measure windows and outdoor spaces to ensure accurate installation

Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards

Maintain tools and equipment to ensure smooth operations

Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns

Requirements:
Proven experience in blind and awning installation (at least [X] years preferred)

Own reliable tools and equipment necessary for installation

Knowledge of various types of blinds, shades, and awning systems

Ability to measure and assess installation sites with accuracy

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must be physically fit and able to work on ladders or scaffolding

Preferred (but not required):
Experience with motorized or automated blinds/awnings

Familiarity with a variety of window treatment brands and systems
