Qualified And Experienced Painter

Resource Accommodation owns and operates a motel in South Hedland. We are refurbishing our 240 rooms on an ongoing basis and require the services of a Painter.

We have largely completed our external painting but are now moving to completing painting of the internals of rooms and apartments.

We are looking for a Painter to continue this work. We can pay an hourly rate to you directly or via your ABN/ Company. We expect the role would require 10 hours / day including breaks, so about 50 hours / week. We can provide accommodation.

We are looking for an experienced painter who can work alone primarily painting our motel rooms internally. Materials and paint are supplied by us. Support is provided to move furniture / prep rooms as required.

Requirements are as follows;

Trade qualified with commercial painting experience
Basic hand tools
EWP & Work Safety at Heights tickets (preferred but not-essential)
Willing to provide a Police Clearance upon request
While you will largely work independently, each room would be inspected by site management upon completion. We expect that you and site management will agree a schedule of work for each swing and that this work would be completed as required.

If the right person has a partner, we can also provide a role and accommodation for them.

We believe that this work will last 6-8 months.
