Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate with team members on operational initiatives in processing and ensuring customers expectations at met
Administrative duties supporting the business objectives
Qualify customers suitability for orders
Liaise with various stakeholders both internally and externally
Maintain records of customers through enquiry, collection and, enter compliance details
Skills and Experience

Good communication skills Required
Experience in a similar role will be an advantage
Be a trusted and effective team member
Professional, high confidentiality, and courteous
Strong time management skills with proven ability to plan and prioritise work tasks
Demonstrated problem solving skills
High level attention to detail and organisational skills
Good computer literacy including CRMs and Microsoft Office 365
