Housekeeping And Reception

Housekeeping:
Perform cleaning duties for rooms and common areas to a high standard.
Ensure all rooms are well-presented and fully stocked with necessary amenities.
Report any maintenance issues or damages. Fix them if you can.
Manage laundry and linen supplies.
Room Checking:
Inspect cleaned rooms to ensure they meet our quality standards before guest arrival.
Verify that all appliances and amenities are in working order.
Office Assistance:
Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle booking inquiries, take reservations, and manage the booking system.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required (e.g., filing, data entry, correspondence).
Provide information to guests/clients about our services and the local area.
Process payments
Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is highly desirable.
Experience in an office assistant or customer service role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service.
Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer skills (experience with booking software is a plus).
Availability to work [8 am to 2 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday].
Must be eligible to work in Australia.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
