We’re partnering with a range of fast-growing renewable energy companies to find confident and motivated Sales Consultants who are ready to help Australians lower their energy bills and embrace a more sustainable future.
With high-demand products like solar panels, batteries, HVAC and heat pumps, this is an exciting chance to launch or grow your sales career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Calling existing customers to upsell additional renewable energy products
- Following up with warm leads who have enquired online or via phone
- Handling inbound calls from interested customers
- Managing and updating lead information through CRM systems
- Building rapport, understanding customer needs, and closing sales
- Working towards individual and team KPIs, with ongoing support and training
About You:
- Experience in sales, call centres, or retail is highly regarded
- Background in HVAC, heat pumps, solar batteries, or solar PV is highly desirable
- Confident, driven, and great with people
- Motivated by achieving goals and earning commission
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
- Interested in sustainability or renewable energy (bonus points!)
- Thrive in fast-paced, team-focused environments
