Sales Agent – Propel Solutions

BASE PAY +Commission
Are you a driven sales professional passionate about renewable energy and sustainability? We're looking for a Sales Agent to join our growing team and play a key role in helping customers transition to clean, affordable energy.

What You'll Be Selling:
• Solar Battery Storage Solutions
• Electricity and Gas Plans (Residential & Commercial)

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively contact leads and potential customers via phone, email, and other channels
• Educate prospects on the benefits of solar and energy-saving solutions
• Close deals and meet/exceed sales targets
• Accurately maintain CRM records and follow up on leads
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in call center sales (energy or solar sales preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and handle objections professionally
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
