The Opportunity
We’re looking for one full-time and one part-time bartender to become key members of our bar crew. You’ll work flexible rosters, greet locals and visitors like old friends, and keep service humming during our busiest rushes. If you take pride in a tidy station and love delivering a perfect head of foam, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Pour and serve beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails quickly and accurately
Provide warm, genuine service that makes guests feel at home
Keep the bar clean, organised, and well stocked throughout each shift
Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy
Share product knowledge and recommendations with confidence
Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

What You’ll Bring
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Previous bar experience is preferred, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are essential
Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask during peak periods
Friendly, down-to-earth communication style and a team mindset
Physical capacity to lift kegs and boxes as needed
