The Daylesford Hotel bar is where good pours, better stories, and familiar faces meet. Set in the heart of leafy Daylesford, our pub is a much-loved local with a steady mix of locals, weekenders, and travellers passing through Victoria’s spa country.

With shared ownership alongside iconic Cliffy’s Emporium, our team enjoys the energy of two iconic venues, strong community connections, and a genuine country-hospitality culture. It’s a great place to work, learn, and settle in for a season.

The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for seasonal bartenders to join us for the season, with immediate starts available. We have two positions open, ideal for Working Holiday Visa holders keen to base themselves in a beautiful regional town while earning consistent hours.

• Perfect for Working Holiday Visas seeking solid, short- to medium-term employment

What You’ll Do

• Pour beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails with speed and care
• Deliver warm, relaxed service that makes guests feel welcome
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly during busy services
• Handle POS and cash confidently
• Share drink recommendations and local knowledge with guests
• Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams during peak periods

What You’ll Bring

• Current RSA (or willingness to obtain immediately)
• Previous bar experience preferred
• A calm head during busy services
• Friendly, down-to-earth communication and a strong team attitude
• Physical capability to lift kegs and stock when required
• Availability to start immediately
