Bar/all Rounder

The Carnarvon Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a friendly enthusiastic all-rounder to join our team for the upcoming peak period.
This role requires a strong confident person that can take ownership of the role, be able to think on their feet when busy or in a slow period.
This is an allrounder role and requires experience in the following areas but not limited to:
serving Australian alcoholic drinks,
taking food orders and understanding different foods,
food running (must be able to carry 3 plates)
washing dishes
opening and closing the venue (setup and Pack down requires lifting chairs in and out of the venue)
Taking responsibility for RSA (Being able to say to no if needed),
housekeeping - cleaning amenities and guest room with an eye for detail.
There may be some Maintenace work for example pressure washing bar mats beer garden and general areas

This role requires previous experience working behind fast passed bars and knowledge of Australian drinks is a must, you must also be able to speak and understand English clearly.

Ideally this role is suited to an induvial and not a couple and can be signed off for 2nd or 3rd year working visa (However we do not guarantee hours - work hard and smart and the hours will be there)
