About the Role
A Sydney-based hospitality group is seeking a dynamic, motivated Project & Design Assistant (PA) to help deliver exciting renovations and design upgrades across two iconic bar venues and a 14-room boutique hotel. This role is key in helping coordinate, procure, and bring creative vision to life under the direction of the company principals.

You’ll be involved in transforming spaces with a speakeasy-style aesthetic, incorporating in-house brewing and distilling operations, stylish interiors, and refreshed brand direction.

A natural organiser with a strong eye for detail
Passionate about interiors, renovations, and hospitality
Comfortable juggling procurement, coordination, and communication
Enthusiastic about creating beautiful, functional venues
Flexible, collaborative, and hands-on

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and coordinating renovation programs for pubs and boutique accommodation
Liaise with designers, makers, and suppliers to bring creative concepts to life
Handle procurement of furnishings, décor, artworks, lighting, signage and more
Support internal project meetings and milestone reporting
Source and coordinate quotes and timelines from trades (non-structural work)
Ensure timely delivery of stylish, budget-conscious outcomes across venues
Work closely with experienced operators to reimagine iconic hospitality spaces

What You’ll Need
Strong communication and organisational skills
A background or keen interest in interiors, design, events, or hospitality
Previous experience in a coordination, PA, or project support role
Basic understanding of renovation or fit-out processes
Ability to multi-task and work across multiple sites
