Recruitment Consultant

Macpeople is seeking 2 recruitment consultants: one on a fixed-term basis and the other permanently.
As one of the most respected and longstanding brands in our sector, we collaborate with a diverse client portfolio to source talent across digital, creative, and marketing communications.

Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Develop knowledge of various role types
Qualify role requirements and candidate specifications
Source, screen, qualify, and select candidates
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with candidates
Identify new business opportunities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key requirements:
An interest and understanding of the marketing or design industry
Ability to anticipate outcomes and recognise opportunities
A vibrant personality who enjoys communicating with people
Knowledge of MS Word, CMS or ATS is desirable but not essential.
