Compensation: Competitive base wage plus superannuation, with cash and fixed incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our air conditioning, heat pump solutions and LED lighting.
- Primarily handle inbound inquiries, converting leads into sales.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within our CRM system.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
