We have a short-term work for part Accommodation opportunity in our two person studio located on our beautiful 10 acre river-frontage property.
Available Now
Suitable for non-smoking single or couple who are clean and tidy, trustworthy and respectful to our home. Willing and able to deep-clean our private home and feed our family chickens and ducks daily.
Located just 15 minutes out of Ballina, NSW.
15 mins from surfing beaches, 30 minutes to Byron Bay and 1 hour to Tweed Heads.
Our river frontage studio normally used for family and friends only is available for a short period in exchange for work/ rent reduction
Studio Details (furnished):
Water Views
Newly renovated, clean and modern 1 bedroom (1 x king bed), modern kitchen, private shower/toilet, laundry and living area. Also access to our private jetty.
Exchange Work Detail:
Help feeding our chickens and ducks daily, cleaning studio and our private home
With daily cleaning, laundry and housekeeping activity.
