The Forbes Inn is a large-format regional venue located in the heart of Central West NSW. Renowned for our vibrant atmosphere, great hospitality, and strong community spirit, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable team members to support us through a busy period — and potentially grow with us beyond that!

Kitchen Hand Opportunities
We have an upcoming 8-week block where several of our kitchen team members will be on annual leave. We're seeking hands-on, dependable individuals to help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Duties include:

Dishwashing and general cleaning

Basic food preparation

Supporting chefs and kitchen staff as required

No prior experience needed — just a solid work ethic, team spirit, and willingness to learn.

Bar Staff Roles
We’re also looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our busy bar team across multiple spaces, including:

Main Bar

Beer Garden

Sports Bar

Gaming Lounge

An RSA is essential for bar roles. Previous experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right candidates who show enthusiasm and great people skills.
