Barista & Cafe All Rounder

EXPERIENCED BARISTA - Immediate Start!

At Soul Food Depot we love to produce delicious food and the best coffee for our customers. We are currently searching for an experienced Baristas along with a cafe all rounder who is motivated and passionate about coffee and food to join our bustling team!

The role:
You are essential to supporting the successful operation of our busy cafe, providing exceptional service and quality coffee.

Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Prepare and serve coffee
• Serving customers
• Ensure cleanliness and staff/customer safety
• Prepare and serve basic food items

To be successful in this role you will:
• Have 1+ year barista experience
• Current responsible service of alcohol or willing to obtain
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure
• Produce quality product with exceptional presentation
• Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks and understand sequence of service
• Have excellent communication and leadership skills
• Be reliable and able to work on weekends
• Have excellent personal hygiene and presentation
