EXPERIENCED BARISTA - Immediate Start!

At Soul Food Depot we love to produce delicious food and the best coffee for our customers. We are currently searching for an experienced Baristas who is motivated and passionate about coffee to join our bustling team!

The role:
You are essential to supporting the successful operation of our busy cafe, providing exceptional service and quality coffee.

Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Prepare and serve coffee
• Serving customers
• Ensure cleanliness and staff/customer safety

To be successful in this role you will:
• Have 1+ year barista experience
• Current responsible service of alcohol or willing to obtain
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure
• Produce quality product with exceptional presentation
• Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks and understand sequence of service
• Have excellent communication and leadership skills
• Be reliable and able to work on weekends
• Have excellent personal hygiene and presentation
