Job Description
About the Role:
We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team for the upcoming citrus picking season start from week commencing 23 June 2025. You'll be harvesting a variety of citrus fruits including mandarins with clippers, oranges by hand in an outdoor farm environment.
Duties include:
Picking fruit from trees with care to avoid damage
Sorting and packing fruit in field bins or crates
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Following supervisor instructions and farm safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
Physically fit and able to work in hot or cold weather
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsible and respect person towards co-workers and employer
Previous farm experience is a bonus but not essential, onsite job training will be provided.
Must have the right to work in Australia (e.g., citizen, resident, or valid working holiday visa)
Opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses (if applicable)
Potential for ongoing seasonal work
