Winery Restaurant Chef/cook & Front Of House Staff

We are seeking a new staff member to join our team. This staff member will work in both a cook and front-of-house role.
This position is casual, with a minimum of 30 hours per week and the possibility of flexing up to 35–40 hours depending on the business’s needs. It’s perfect for someone looking for a challenge in a supportive environment.

Applicants must love customer service, be able to multitask, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a similar role is essential.
In the cook position, you will need to work under pressure alongside another team member to prepare meals to a high standard in a timely manner. Food safety practices must be observed at all times, and a high standard of personal and professional cleanliness is a must.
In the front-of-house role, you must be able to handle the pressure of busy service, both individually and as part of a team. A friendly, social personality is essential, as interacting with our guests is a big part of this role. We have a solid reputation for excellent service, high-quality meals, and an exceptional hospitality experience. We hope to hire someone who strives to maintain this level of service.
The position requires you to work weekends (daytime only), so please be prepared for this type of roster. You must be confident handling money, processing transactions, delivering meals, taking bookings, and may be required to perform opening and closing procedures. You must also be willing to obtain a Queensland RSA.
Subsidised accommodation can be provided for the right applicant.
We are also seeking a chef/cook, so if you are travelling with a friend or partner, there may be a role for both of you.
