Activities Instructor

The Great Aussie Bush Camp is currently recruiting Activities Instructors for our mid-year intake. If you’re up for days filled with climbing, paddling, swinging, zipping, and a whole lot of laughter, this one’s for you.

As an Activities Instructor, you’ll work alongside a passionate team to deliver action-packed, professionally run outdoor education programs that challenge, inspire, and make a real difference in the lives of young people. You’ll lead from the front, keeping everyone safe, engaged, and having an absolute blast.

This role isn’t just about leading activities (though that part’s pretty epic). You’ll also pitch in with the day-to-day running of camp including helping out in the kitchen, rolling up your sleeves for the odd cleaning shift, and keeping things shipshape.

We’re after someone who:
- Brings great vibes, energy, and responsibility
- Can keep up with the physical demands of outdoor life
- Isn’t fazed by weekend or evening shifts during peak times
- Lives and breathes teamwork and is keen to grow with us

In return, you’ll get the chance to help kids discover what they’re really capable of, and have a heap of fun doing it. We will also provide:

- On-site accommodation for a tiny fee of 10 week
- All meals while on the job
