With offices in Perth, Sydney, and Brisbane, we’re scaling fast and are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage, train and inspire our growing lead generation team.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with previous team leader experience. You’ll be leading by example in the field, coaching your team of 3-4 lead generators on best practices, hitting daily and weekly KPIs, and playing a key role in the ongoing growth and performance of the business.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a team of lead generators (3-4) across solar sales campaigns
- Set and track team performance targets
- Conduct training, shadowing, and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth lead flow
- Report on results and strategies to continuously improve performance

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in lead generation (solar experience a bonus, but not essential)
- Confident leadership and coaching style
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
