The Role:
We're on the hunt for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. From building out our social media channels to creating killer campaigns and content that drives sales, you'll be the go-to person for all things digital.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute Byron Jerky's digital marketing strategy
- Develop and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn & emerging platforms
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, others)
- Create engaging content - lifestyle photos, reels, product shots, memes, competitions, and more
- Manage website content & optimisation (Shopify preferred)
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, influencers, and agencies
- Analyse performance, generate reports, and continuously optimise
- Stay on top of trends in food, fitness, and snack culture

You'll Bring:
- Proven track record in digital marketing, ideally FMCG, food, or lifestyle brands
- Social media management experience with demonstrated growth results
- Strong content creation skills - reels, imagery, short-form video
- Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads
- Analytical mindset with a creative flair
- Self-motivated, organised, ready to roll up your sleeves
- Good sense of humour - essential when working with a jerky brand like ours

Location: Byron Bay (In-house role only)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
