We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing team. If you have experience in manufacturing or fiberglass work and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you!

• Hourly Rates: Casual loading included day shift
  V3.1 40.11
  V3.3 41.98
  V4.1 41.85
  V4.3 43.83
  Most people will start as a V3.1 and progress to V3.3
  People operating machinery will be paid as a V4.1 progressing to V4.3

• Day Shift 7:00am – 3:30pm & Afternoon Shift 3:30pm-12:00 pm
  Overtime is generally worked and available including Saturdays (not obligatory but flexibility would be desirable)

• What We’re Looking For:
  - Experience in manufacturing, production, or fiberglass work
  - Solid understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage
  - Ability to read and follow basic work instructions
  - Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal directions
  - Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  - Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

• Key Responsibilities:
  - Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery
  - Measure materials accurately and manage waste responsibly
  - Ensure work meets quality standards
  - Perform quality checks and complete required documentation
  - Assist with additional tasks as directed by the supervisor
  - Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  - Properly lift heavy items and wear required safety gear
  - Handle fiberglass materials, including mixing chemicals and applying resin/gelcoat (for relevant roles)
