Available hours: 6.30am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday
Finish early on Fridays, work from 6.30am to 12pm
Location: Ottoway

About the role

As a valued member of our packing team, your key tasks will include: sorting, weighing, sealing, labelling and packing finished products and general housekeeping. You must be able to stand for long periods, performing these tasks with focus, care and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate

-Must love dogs!
-At least 1 year packing experience in a fast paced Warehouse environment, preferably in the Food production industry or a willingness to learn.
-A proven track record of being reliable and punctual.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent numerical skills.
-Ability to write, read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
-Practical knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitisation and quality standards.
-A safety mindset.
-Effective time management and proactive approach, especially when managing competing priorities.
-Ability to work cohesively and unsupervised in a high-performing team environment.
-Comfortable to handle dehydrated meat products.
-Physically fit and able to lift up to 15KG.
-Available to work Monday to Friday.
