Factory Laborers/ Fibreglass Workers - 40.11/hr +ot

We are seeking hands-on, reliable laborers for day shift factory roles involving general labour and fibreglass work.

Duties:
- Use hand tools, power tools and other machinery safely, following rules and manuals
- Measure materials carefully, use them efficiently
- Properly storing or disposing of leftover materials
- Ensure all work meets quality standards
- Performing quality checks and completing basic forms
- Help with other jobs when asked by leader or supervisor
- Keep work area clean and control dust
- Follow safety rules and using PPE as required
- For fiberglass tasks: mix chemicals, apply resin/gelcoat correctly
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Able to follow verbal instructions
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
Desirable:
- Experience in manufacturing or fibreglass work
- Familiar with basic work instructions or production processes
- Strong understanding of safety and PPE usag
offer:
- Day shift 7:00am- 3:30pm
- Payrate 40.11 per hour + overtime + super
- 4days shift, Saturday work available
- Face to face interview required with site supervisor before starting

The factory locates Melbourne where is not able to sign off 88 days.
