All Rounder

Risby Cove is currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor or All Rounder to join our team at our waterfront, award-winning boutique hotel and restaurant. The part-time position entails opening/closing restaurant floor at least 5 days per week, responsible for inventory management of all drinks, inducting new waiters/waitresses, and maintaining exceptional standards of service for all guests dining with us. Training and support will be provided by the Hotel Manager.

Our ideal application will have strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. They will also ideally have at least 6 months experience as a restaurant/bar supervisor, or at least 2 years experience in an upmarket restaurant. Housekeeping experience in a 5 or 4 star hotel is highly desirable, and allows for additional hours per week.

Risby Cove in Strahan qualifies as a remote area for visa purposes. Long-term, six and nine month contracts are available, with part-time hours available. We may also provide 482, 494, 407, 408 and 403 visa sponsorship for the right people. Staff accommodation is available if required.
