About the Job
As an Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and client-centred salon environment, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of hairdressing. You’ll interact directly with clients, assist with hair styling, and learn valuable skills under the guidance of seasoned stylists.
Key Responsibilities
Assist stylists with shampooing, blow-drying, colouring, and treatments
Provide outstanding service and comfort to clients (refreshments, greetings, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the salon
Help manage bookings and client appointments
Attend formal Aveda training sessions and product workshops
Learn about Aveda product lines and recommend them appropriately
Support stylists during haircuts and treatments under supervision
Use manual tools with care and follow safety standards
Operate salon software and assist with simple point-of-sale tasks
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques

No formal qualifications required.
