55,000 Base Salary + Super + 500 per month at-risk Performance Bonus + Uncapped Monthly Sales Commission

Travellers Autobarn is looking for an All-Rounder to assist our Brisbane branch manager prepare and hire campervans to our International and National customers for their Australian Road Trip. Are you a skilled and confident individual with a passion for maintaining and performing minor repairs on vehicles and campervans? Are you passionate about customer service and motivated to give our customers a great start into their holidays? We are seeking a motivated team member to join our dynamic workforce who is keen to get their hands on the tools and is confident with customer service. A love of travel and handyman skills will be highly regarded.

Position Responsibilities:

Front-end customer Service.

Proficient literacy skills and a willingness to learn.

Opening and closing rental contracts, including cross-selling appropriate add-ons.

Providing customers with vehicle demonstrations.

Previous experience with MS Office is desirable.

Performing campervan maintenance, safety checks and non-mechanical repairs is an everyday task.

Working both independently and as part of a team with precision and attention to detail.

Quality checking vehicles are clean and ready for hire.

Position Requirements:

Must have a valid manual driver's license and excellent driving record.

Must have authorisation to work in Australia.

Can provide clear police record.

No official qualification required. Experience with customer service and/or performing minor repairs. This position is both hands-on and customer service.

Opening hours: Monday – Friday 9 - 5pm, Saturday 9 - 1pm
