What Do We Need?
We’re looking for motivated salespeople who are ready to level up and close in-home solar and battery sales appointments across the Greater Sydney region.

If you're eager to learn, love meeting new people, and want to be part of a booming industry with real earning potential, this is for you. You’ll guide customers through the benefits of solar and battery storage and help them take advantage of the new Federal Battery Rebate — closing the deal on the spot.

What You’ll Be Working With:
All leads provided — no cold calling. Every appointment is inbound, qualified, confirmed, and mapped.

Customers are already interested and have requested a consultation.

40%+ closing ratio on current leads.

20+ team members and expanding — you’ll be joining a winning environment.


Your Skills:
Proven ability to learn and apply new sales techniques

Confident closing sales in-home, on the spot

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (Bonus but not required)

Strong communication, numeracy, and basic computer skills

Self-driven and accountable

Willingness to learn the technical side of solar & battery systems
