Pizza Chef – Casual

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Pizza Chef to join our team in Jurien Bay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas following our recipes and standards.
• Manage dough preparation, stretching, and topping with precision.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Assist with stock control and ordering ingredients.
• Work efficiently under pressure during peak service times.
• Follow all food hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role.
• Confident in hand-stretching dough and working with wood-fired or stone-based ovens.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
