Sales Role – Working Holiday Visa (Sydney)
38/hr inclusive of super + weekly bonuses up to 1,000
Think Renewable is a fast-growing national solar & battery brand. We’re looking for Working Holiday Visa holders who are financially hungry, motivated, and want strong weekly earnings.
We prefer candidates with sales experience, but we’re also open to training the right person if you’ve got proven confidence, work ethic, and a genuine drive to learn sales and earn more.
What you’ll be doing
Talking with homeowners about solar and battery solutions (script + training provided)
Qualifying interest and booking appointments for senior consultants
Working towards clear daily/weekly targets with coaching and support
What you’ll get
38/hr incl. super
Weekly bonuses up to 1,000 (performance-based)
Paid training, scripts, and daily coaching

Who we want
Sales experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, telesales, lead gen, etc.)
Confident communicator and comfortable speaking with people
Motivated, financially driven, and competitive in a positive way
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Available Monday–Friday and able to commit 3+ months (6+ months ideal)
Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply
