Job Description
We are hiring driven backpackers for face to face sales role - no experience required!
Think Renewable is a fast-growing national solar & battery brand. We’re looking for Working Holiday Visa holders who are financially hungry, motivated, and want strong weekly earnings.
We prefer candidates with sales experience, but we’re also open to training the right person if you’ve got proven confidence, work ethic, and a genuine drive to learn sales and earn more.

What you’ll be doing
- Talking with homeowners face to face about solar and battery solutions
- Qualifying interest and booking appointments for senior consultants
- Working towards clear daily/weekly targets with coaching and support
Who we want
- Sales experience preferred but not required (retail, hospitality, promotions, telesales, lead gen, etc.)
- Confident communicator and comfortable speaking with people
- Motivated, financially driven, and competitive in a positive way
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Available Monday–Friday and able to commit 3+ months (6+ months ideal)
