We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team on the Sunshine Coast as either Tractor Operators and/or gardeners. If you enjoy being active, take pride in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, and want to make an impact in open space management, this is the job for you! Key Responsibilities

Manage grounds maintenance tasks using associated plant and equipment, including brushcutting, hedging, blowing, weeding, zero turn mowers and tractors.

Operate various mowing equipment, blowers and brushcutters safely and efficiently.

Ensure all equipment is regularly maintained and in safe working order.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.

Conduct regular site inspections, to assess the quality of work and report any issues to your supervisor.

Manage waste disposal and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.

What you need

Skill in operating and maintaining Tractors and mowing equipment safely and effectively.

Experience in landscaping, gardening or a related field is preferred.

A willingness to work outdoors as part of a team.

A strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.

A legal right to work in Australia.

A current driver’s licence.

Experience in horticulture, turf, or asset maintenance, including associated plant and equipment.

Commercial Spray Operators License (advantageous)

Construction Induction (white card)

Traffic Management Accreditation (advantageous)
