Job Description
We are looking for someone to assist with online customer queries for a growing service-based business.
This role involves replying to messages and basic customer support tasks. No experience needed — full guidance will be provided.
Details:
- Remote, work-from-home
- 2–4 hours per day (flexible schedule)
- Pay: 120–185 AUD per day depending on hours
- Tasks include answering customer messages, logging feedback
- Training provided one-on-one
- Own laptop or Smartphone or Computer required
- Must be based in Australia
- Ongoing casual basis (not a one-off)
