We have 2 beautiful children Bella (9),who attends the local primary school and Bob (12), who is at boarding school in Townsville

As a vet, my hours can be very long and unpredictable. There are also often some overnight trips away from home. This combined with trying to manage the paperwork for both businesses and finding some “spare time” to help Kelvin with the cattle work leaves very little time to look after the home front.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self directed person who wants to become part of our extended family and experience a wide variety of opportunities and grow as a person.

What the job entails:
* working conditions will vary from day to day and week to week, from overnight care of the children, to relieving staff in the vet clinic, general office duties and helping with the Brahman Stud
* Getting kids packed up and lunches made and drop kids off and/or pick up at school and after school activities
* After school/overnight care of children if required
* Assisting at Great Artesian Veterinary Surgery
* Assisting Libby with administrative duties as “personal assistant”
* Helping to maintain stud records and assist with cattle management when required
* Domestic duties to help keep the household in order
