Labour Hire Services Pty Ltd is recruiting 100+ motivated, reliable, and physically fit Farm Hands to join our seasonal workforce in Mundubbera, Queensland, assisting one of Australia’s leading commercial table grape farms.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work for up to 5 months during the 2025–2026 grape season. You’ll work across various tasks such as pruning, thinning, and harvesting, with guaranteed minimum hours and a mix of piece-rate and hourly pay under the Horticulture Award 2020 (MA000028).

Key Responsibilities
You will work outdoors performing tasks such as:
• Cane and spur pruning, shoot thinning, and bunch trimming
• Harvesting table grapes using secateurs
• Sorting and packing fruit in the field or packing shed
• Following strict farm safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Please note: Work is physically demanding, performed in various weather conditions, and requires good endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity targets.

Pay & Conditions
• Award: Horticulture Award 2020 (MA000028)
• Payment: Combination of piece-rate and hourly rate
• Minimum Guarantee: 30 hours per week
• Penalty Rates: Paid for public holidays and applicable overtime
• Payslips: Issued weekly prior to wage deposit
Piecework Records:
Prior to any piece-rate work, all workers will receive a written piecework agreement outlining:
• Task-specific rates
• Minimum hourly guarantee
• Method of calculation
• Assurance that all work hours are tracked and compliant with Fair Work regulations

• Workers may arrange their own accommodation and transport
• Alternatively, accommodation and transport can be arranged by Labour Hire Services Pty Ltd (deductions apply)

Who We're Looking For
Ideal candidates will:
• Be physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg
• Be comfortable working outdoors in hot, wet, or cold conditions
• Have strong attention to detail and can follow safety and quality procedures
• Be punctual, respectful, and work well in a team
• Demonstrate a consistent work ethic and reliability
No prior farm experience is required on-the-job training is provided, and we support the development of our workers through upskilling opportunities.
