About the role

We are seeking casual orchard hands to assist with our 2025 spray season

Duties include but are not limited to:
-Operating various machinery that you are trained and/or licenced to operate
-Groundwork such as collecting and removing of branches from walnut trees
-General cleaning duties
-Manual handling
-Maintaining records, as required
-Maintaining plant, tools and equipment on farm

To be successful in this role you will:
-Display a positive “can do, will do” attitude
-Be prepared to work outdoors
-Be flexible to work shift work and weekends as required
-Demonstrate effective communication skills
-Work effectively as part of a team
-Work independently and without supervision
-Demonstrate commitment to safety first culture
-Carry out responsibilities with due care and responsibility
-Hold a valid driver's licence

What You Should Know About Our Operations

Our business is widespread, growing walnuts and almonds in the Riverina Region in New South Wales, pecans in Moree and macadamias, avocados, and mangoes in Bundaberg, Queensland. In addition to fruit and nut growing, we also operate apiaries located in Temora, Nowra and Dubbo.

Off the paddock, we operate nut processing and packing facilities in Leeton, Toowoomba and Bundaberg as well as fruit packing and processing in Bundaberg. In addition, our shared services teams (Finance, Sales, ESG, Safety and People & Culture) are located across all of our sites as well as the Brisbane, Melbourne and Griffith offices.
