?Join Our Team Farm & Rodeo Crew Member (Bonus for Couples!) ?

We’re on the lookout for a hardworking, hands-on team member who’s ready to take on a role that’s as exciting as it is rewarding! This isn’t just your average farm job it’s a chance to be part of something bigger, combining day-to-day farm life with the thrill of working at rodeo events across Australia.

Preferably a welder.

On the Farm, you’ll be involved in:
• General farm maintenance and fencing
• Feeding and caring for livestock, including rodeo bulls
• Machinery repairs and handyman work
• Tractor work (slashing, mulching, etc.)
• Mowing, whipper snipping & property upkeep
• Keeping sheds clean, tidy, and organised

On the Road, you’ll get the chance to:
• Travel across Australia with our team
• Learn the ropes of running rodeo events
• Be part of an energetic, fast-paced environment
• Experience the unique lifestyle that comes with the rodeo circuit

Bonus Opportunity:
We’re a young family with three little ones, so this role could also suit a couple with the option for one person to assist with nanny work and family support while the other focuses on farm and rodeo duties.

What we’re looking for:
• Someone reliable, honest, practical, a good communicator, and eager to learn
• A strong work ethic and willingness to travel
• Hands-on skills in farming, maintenance, or machinery (rodeo experience a bonus, but not essential – we’ll teach you!)
• (If a couple) An interest or experience in childcare would be a huge advantage
