Tractor Operator

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our horticulture team, with a preference for those looking for long-term employment. The role involves a variety of orchard work, so we are particularly interested in candidates with practical skills and experience in operating tractors, slashing equipment, and general orchard maintenance.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Operating tractors and other machinery safely and efficiently

· Performing slashing, mowing, and weed control tasks

· Assisting with irrigation setup, monitoring, and repairs

· Carrying out pruning, thinning, and harvesting duties as required

· General orchard maintenance and upkeep to ensure a clean and safe work environment

The ideal applicant will have:

· Previous experience in horticulture or orchard work (preferred but not essential)

· Competency in using tractors, slashers, and other farm machinery

· A strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
