INTENSIVE CARE AT HOME is proud to be the first accredited intensive care at home nursing service in Australia.

Our young male client in Kensington NSW is looking to complement his team of 24/7 ICU/PICU/ED nurses for his nursing care whilst being on a ventilator with tracheostomy.

We are therefore looking for reliable, committed and client/ family centred ICU/PICU/ED nurses with a minimum of two years ICU/PICU/ED nursing experience! You're ideally wanting to make a difference to our client's quality of life so he can live at home instead of going back to ICU!

INTENSIVE CARE AT HOME is therefore in a position to employ a team with hundreds of years ICU/PICU/ED experience, giving us the ability to look after more and more long-term ICU/PICU Patients at home, which has been formerly unheard of until 2014 in Australia.

Who you are



If you have a minimum of two years ICU/PICU/ED experience and a critical care certificate(or equivalent) and you want to join a dynamic and progressive team of forward thinking ICU/PICU/ED nurses and you think you have what it takes to provide our clients with the quality of life/quality of end of life at home instead of intensive care you have come to the right place.



Supported by a clinical liaison nurse/ educator and a team of senior ICU/PICU/ED nurses with hundreds of years Critical care experience combined, we are delighted to hear from you if you have



· A minimum of two years ICU/PICU/ED experience


· Post-graduate critical care certificate or equivalent



· A “can-do” attitude



· High level of self-awareness



· Can work independently and as part of a team



· Excellent clinical judgement



· Excellent communication skills

· Current AHPRA registration Division 1
