The Role:

Welcome to the Happy Travels family! As an Inbound Travel Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping travellers plan their dream trips. This isn’t your standard office role - it’s fast-paced, high-energy, and built around creating memories while achieving team goals.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Travel experience: You’ve explored the East Coast of Australia or hit the road in a campervan.
- Sales skills: Confident with inbound sales via phone, email, and WhatsApp (or eager to learn).
- Organisation: Quick typing, CRM knowledge, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Extra perks: Speak another language (French, German, Dutch = big bonus!).
- Creative edge: Maybe you’re a travel blogger, photographer, or have a social media following.

Requirements:

- Valid working rights in Australia (full working rights essential).
- A minimum 6-month commitment.
- Motivated, proactive, and excited to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

The Important Bits:

- Location: Byron Bay - your coastal office paradise.
- Hours: 32–38 per week.
- Fully paid training + ongoing development opportunities.
- Pay: 33-46 per hour plus an attractive bonus scheme.
