Concreter – High-rise Construction

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Concreters for ongoing high-rise construction projects in Perth, Western Australia.

As a Concreter, you will be responsible for pouring, levelling, compacting, and finishing concrete to create structural elements such as slabs, beams, columns, and foundations in high-rise and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include:

Pour, spread, level, and compact concrete to specifications
Operate hand tools and machines like trowels, vibrators, and screeds for smooth, durable finishes
Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Apply correct curing techniques to ensure strength and durability
Repair and finish hardened concrete as required
Collaborate closely with formwork carpenters, steel fixers, and supervisors to ensure quality and safety

Ideal candidates will have:
Experience with high-rise or large-scale concrete works
Knowledge of concrete mixes, weather impacts, and curing processes
Physical fitness, precision, and a strong commitment to job site safety
