About the Business and the Role
Alzburg Resort – Mansfield / Mt Buller Region
Alzburg Resort is a 4-star property located in the heart of Mansfield, offering access to Victoria’s Northeast High Country and just a short drive to Mt Buller. The resort features 44 rooms including Studios, Spa Rooms, and Apartments. We also operate an onsite Tour Company and Ski Hire outlet during the winter season.
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our housekeeping and laundry team.

Please note: Accommodation is not provided. However, shared housing options are widely available in Mansfield town.
Position Overview: Housekeeping & Laundry All-Rounder

Key Responsibilities
Clean guest rooms and public areas to a high standard.
Operate laundry equipment and manage linen supplies.
Work independently or as part of a team.
Be available for early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
Follow a rotating roster
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the resort.

Skills and Experience
Previous experience in housekeeping and/or laundry operations preferred.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
