Job Description
🚜 Farm Work – Tractor Drivers (Murwillumbah NSW)
We’re planning ahead and looking for working holiday visa holders with tractor+trailer driving experience for our 2026 sugarcane season which will run from approximately June to November 2026.
The position will be for 5-6 months, good pay and conditions, 6-days on, 1 day off (12-hour days) - this is a great earning opportunity that counts for your 88 days if you want to extend your working holiday visa. During the season there might be short periods when wet weather stops harvesting - you could use this opportunity to take that time off to do some sight-seeing, or you could stay on to do non-harvesting work on our farms.
Great crew, good and fair Farm Manager, just outside Murwillumbah in Northern NSW. About 45 minutes from Byron Bay or the Gold Coast, this is a very scenic valley with many beaches and mountains to explore nearby. At this stage we cannot offer accommodation on-farm but there is a youth hostel in town.
We'd prefer applicants with experience driving GPS-guided tractor-trailer combinations - Irish and UK farm backgrounds are a great fit, but we’ll train the right people.
