Job Description
Honed and Polished Concrete is looking for a Concrete Polishing Trades Assistant/Labourer to join our well-resourced company with ongoing work!
About the Role
You will be paid award rates, overtime and superannuation. You can work between 40-50hrs per week. You will be learning this trade from the best in the industry using the best equipment and methods.
About You
As this is a physically demanding role with a lot of work on your hands and knees, we are ideally looking for someone with the following:-
• Physically fit and flexible, well-groomed and a non-smoker/drinker
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Current White Card
• Reliable car to travel to and from job sites.
• Strong work ethic
Preference will be given to:
• Applicants with experience with hand tools
• Applicants with experience in the building industry.
• Applicants who have a trade qualification and are looking to work in a new field.
Your work history/references should demonstrate that you are the sort of person who takes pride in your work, has attention to detail, with a stable work history, energetic, hardworking, conscientious, reliable, punctual, cheerful and polite.
No previous experience in concrete polishing is necessary as we will provide full guidance and training. What we require is a well-developed work ethic. You will be working with a high functioning team of craftsmen, who take pride in their work and enjoy working together.
Your hours working with us can help you qualify for a 2nd year working Visa.
