We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant.

Your Role
• Manage and track orders
• Liaise with suppliers, installers, and internal teams
• Coordinate schedules and deliveries across multiple sites
• Manage and track inventory, and logistics
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient workflow
• Manage customer enquiries, concerns, support requests
• Handle and manage CRM, Scheduling and other softwares
What You’ll Need
• Previous operations, administration, customer service experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
• High attention to detail and accuracy with data
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
• Strong background of how to use CRMs and learn new advanced software's with ease
