E-rickshaw Tour Guide – Summer On Rottnest Island

The dream job you didn’t know existed

Spend your summer cruising Rottnest Island in an electric-assist rickshaw, leading small-group tours through turquoise bays, quiet roads and quokka country. You’ll chat with travellers from around the world, share stories, and show off one of WA’s most iconic destinations — all while earning great money and working outdoors.
We’re looking for friendly, energetic people who love the outdoors and can commit to the full six-month season. If you’ve got stamina, personality and genuine curiosity for people, this gig is more lifestyle than job.
You’ll spend your days riding the island’s scenic routes, with a midday break to swim, explore or just chill. The rickshaws have electric assistance, but you’ll still need to be physically fit and comfortable riding long distances.

Getting there

You’ll commute to Rottnest each morning via ferry from Fremantle, Hillarys or Perth CBD (30 mins) — all fully covered. You’ll be back on the mainland by early evening, sun-kissed and satisfied.
