CLEAN TEAM SUPERVISORS – OTWAY RETREATS (Apollo Bay, VIC)
Join our friendly team on the Great Ocean Road!
Otway Retreats is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Clean Team Supervisors to help manage our portfolio of boutique holiday homes across Apollo Bay and the Otways.
// WHAT'S INVOLVED
- Supervising and assisting with changeover cleans between guest stays
- Checking property presentation and reporting maintenance issues
- Quality control and property checks after other cleaning teams
- Coordinating with our cleaning crew and property management team
- Ensuring high cleaning standards and guest satisfaction
- Supporting with training of other teams as needed
// YOU WILL NEED
- A car or reliable transport (essential)
- A commitment of at least 6 months (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- A hands-on attitude – this is a physical, fast-paced role
