We’re now on the lookout for a Reservations & Sales Contact Centre Consultant to join our growing team in Brisbane. If you’ve got a passion for travel, a flair for customer service, and the drive to help people kick off their adventures, this could be the role for you!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (aka your daily adventure):
- Be the first friendly voice for travellers — answering inbound sales & customer enquiries with style.
- Send out quotes and lock in bookings that get people road-trip ready.
- Follow up quotes via email, text & phone — because sometimes adventure needs a little nudge.
- Process confirmations & invoices, making sure every trip kicks off without a hitch.
- Keep the flow of info smooth, accurate, and on time (you’re the glue that holds it together).
- Chat with customers across all the channels — Live Chat, Phone, WhatsApp, Email & Text.
- Handle general enquiries with patience, humour, and top-notch service.
- Match production output to bookings, keeping everything rolling like a well-oiled van.
- Wrap up after-sales paperwork promptly (no loose ends on your watch).
- Keep customer info up to date in our systems.
- Jump in on admin tasks when needed — teamwork makes the dream work.
ABOUT YOU (the legend we’re looking for):
- You’re a people person with excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, empathetic communication style.
- You’ve got a good sense of humour (seriously — it’s kind of mandatory around here).
- You can juggle tasks, keep cool under pressure, and still smash your deadlines.
- Sales and customer service experience? Awesome. None? No stress — we’ll train the right person.
- You’re detail-focused, reliable, and can work both solo and as part of a team without going off the rails.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken). Bonus points if you can charm customers in German, Dutch, or French.
- Uni students and backpackers — we see you! Just make sure you can commit to at least 6 months.

Wicked Campers began in 2001 in sunny Brisbane, Australia by a flock of psychedelic seagulls. The gulls discovered that if they ate certain seeds & berries, they could defecate intense colours and patterns on passing vehicles, thus changing the landscape of Australian Highways forever.
The gulls sold the camper hire company to founder, John Webb for a packet of Doritos in late 2001, who immediately recruited graffiti artists – a rag-tag army of freaks, fire-breathers and mushroom-eaters, to replace the seagull artists. Since 2001, Wicked has grown exponentially, with over 1,000 vehicles in Australia as well as 46 locations across the globe - including Depots in the UK, Europe, New Zealand, South Africa, Japan, Canada, USA & Chile!
