MAINTENANCE/HOSPITALITY ALL-ROUNDER
The Tara Hotel – Family Owned & Operated
We are a family-owned and operated hotel looking for a motivated, reliable and experienced Hospitality All-Rounder / Maintenance team member to join our Tara Hotel team.
The Role
This is a diverse, hands-on position that involves both front-of-house hospitality and general maintenance work around the venue. You’ll be an important part of our team, helping to ensure a welcoming environment for guests and a well-maintained hotel.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Bar & Hospitality Duties:
o Serving drinks and food in a fast-paced environment
o Mixing and pouring beverages to standard
o Operating POS systems and handling cash
o Providing excellent customer service
o Maintaining a clean and well-presented bar area
• General Maintenance & Grounds:
o Carpentry, painting and repair work
o Assisting with upkeep of hotel facilities and equipment
o Garden maintenance as required
o Ensuring the venue remains safe, clean and well-presented
What We’re Looking For:
• Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality
• Well-presented and professional
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• General maintenance skills and hands-on attitude
• RSA & RSG certificate required
• Driver’s license preferred
